Oatmeal Broffle
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 2 pieces egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pack MAYA Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix (500g)
- 1 pack Australia Harvest Rolled Oats (100g)
- In a bowl, cream butter, then add eggs and water. Mix well.
- Add brownie mix and rolled oats. Mix until well blended.
- Heat waffle maker to medium heat and brush with oil.
- Scoop ½ cup of the brownie mixture and pour into the waffle maker. Let it cook for 2 to 3
- minutes.
- Serve warm.
