Chocolate Waffle Pops
Waffle:
- 1 pack MAYA Original Fluffy n’ Tasty Hotcake Mix 200g
- ¼ cup MAYA Cornstarch
- 1 piece egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ cup water
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (melted)
- ½ cup white chocolate (melted)
- candy sprinkles (nuts, chocolate chips (toppings of your choice))
- popsicle sticks
- In a bowl, combine hotcake mix, cornstarch, egg, oil and water until slightly lumpy.
- Preheat a waffle iron, spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour enough hotcake batter to cover the iron, cook until the waffles are golden brown. Set aside to let it cool.
- Dip waffles in chocolate and sprinkle with desired toppings. Place in the fridge for a few minutes to let the chocolate set.
- Serve.
