
Chocolate Hazelnut Hotcakes

- 1 piece medium-sized egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 pack MAYA Fluffy n’ Tasty Original Hotcake mix (200 grams)
- 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 cup hazelnut (chopped)
- 1 pack Ferrero Rocher chocolate (cut into quarters for toppings)
- In a bowl, mix egg, oil, water and hotcake mix. Mix well.
- Cook according to packaging instruction. Set aside and let it cool.
- Once cooled, place one hotcake on a plate and spread ample amount of chocolate hazelnut spread on top of the hotcake and sprinkle chopped hazelnuts. Place another hotcake on top to create a layer and repeat procedure until all hotcake is layered.
- Then lastly, topped it up with the quartered Ferrero Rocher chocolate. Serve.
