Steamed Yema Cake by Russel De Guzman Carnacete

  • 500 grams Maya Hotcake Mix
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk      

Toppings:

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 piece egg
  1. Mix Maya Hotcake Mix, eggs and evaporated milk.
  2. Steam until done.
  3. Mix condensed milk and egg. Heat in low fire.
  4. Spread on top of Yema Cake.
