Brownie Ice Cream Parfait
- 1 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix 200g
- 1 cup ice cream flavor of your choice
- Preheat oven to 350F/177C. Grease and line a 9×5-inch rectangular pan. Set aside.
- Prepare fudge brownies according to package instructions. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the brownie is cooked.
- Using a small round cookie cutter, cut the brownies.
- Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop out ice cream then place at the bottom of the glass.
- Repeat this step to form two layers of ice cream and brownies. Top with mint leaves.
- Put more toppings as desired, like chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, sprinkles, marshmallows, chocolate chips, etc.
