Red Sangria

Red Sangria

  • 1 bottle Garnacha (Pinot Noir or any fruity low tannin red wine, chilled)
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 cup fruits ( can be a combination of apples (grapes, strawberries, pineapple)
  • etc.) medium dice
  • 1 small lemon (sliced)
  • 1 piece cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup triple sec
  • ice
  • club soda
  1. Halve orange, juice 1 half into pitcher, medium dice the other half.

  2. Add all the fruit into the pitcher.

  3. Add brandy, triple sec, cinnamon stick and chilled wine.

  4. Allow to rest chill 2-8 hrs. Serve with lots of ice. For a lighter sangria, add a can of club Soda.
