Pulvoron
- 2 cups MAYA All-Purpose Flour or MAYA Cake Flour (toasted)
- ¾ cup powdered milk
- 2/3 cup white sugar OR 1/3 cup blended sugar sugar substitute
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- Prepare tools and ingredients
- 2.In a bowl, mix together toasted flour, milk, sugar and melted butter until well combined
- Scoop and shape using a pulvoron molder.
- Wrap in cellophane, set aside or refrigerate to set
- Serve and enjoy! You can add ½ cup of your favorite ingredients to customize this recipe and add texture, crunch and more flavor! Such as cookie crumbs, nuts, rice crispies and more!
