
Turon

- 6 pcs banana saba (sliced in half)
- 6 pcs spring roll / lumpia wrapper
- brown sugar (as needed)
- add ons like langka (ube, chocolate chips, as desired)
- oil (as needed for frying)
- Prepare all ingredients.
- In a plate, place a wrapper, dip the banana in brown sugar then place on the lower end of the wrapper near you, add a piece of langka.
- Roll the wrapper firmly until you reach the other end and seal using a small amount of water.
- Preheat oil and fry turon, sprinkle brown sugar while frying, continue cooking until sugar is melted and caramelized and the wrappers are golden brown.
- Drain excess oil, serve.
