Shrimp Torta

  • 200 grams shrimps ((peeled and deveined))
  • ¼ cup spring onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 piece onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 pieces eggs (beaten)
  • 1/3 cup MAYA All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying
  1. Finely chop the shrimps and place in a bowl.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients except for the cooking oil, mix until well blended and when mixture become like a thick batter.

  3. Scoop and pour mixture into very hot oil and fry both side until golden brown.
  4. Serve with your favorite dip.

Yield: 10-12 pieces

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
