
Shrimp Torta

- 200 grams shrimps ((peeled and deveined))
- ¼ cup spring onions (finely chopped)
- 1 piece onion (finely chopped)
- 2 pieces eggs (beaten)
- 1/3 cup MAYA All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
- Finely chop the shrimps and place in a bowl.
Add in the rest of the ingredients except for the cooking oil, mix until well blended and when mixture become like a thick batter.
- Scoop and pour mixture into very hot oil and fry both side until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dip.
Yield: 10-12 pieces
