How many butterscotch brownies can I make in 500g?
If you bake it in a standard 9×9 pan, you can cut in depending on how many bars you want. You may cut it into 25, 30 or 36 squares.
can I make a no bake butterscotch bars using the maya butterscotch mix?
Maya Butterscotch Mix is really meant for baking. Alternatively, you may also steam it or cook in a rice cooker / microwave. Currently, we do not have no-bake recipes using our mixes, but we will check with our chefs if this is possible or recommended.
Update from one of our chefs… Maya Butterscotch Mix has flour which should not be consumed raw. As long as there is a process of cooking, boiling, steaming, then you can use it for no-bake recipes.

If stored in room temperature, it is best to consume within the day. If refrigerated, best to consume within 3 to 4 days. Hope this helps.

Hi. So sorry for the late reply! Best to consume your baked goods within a week. Unless you use preservatives. But for the best taste and texture, 1 wek should be good.
How many minutes should I cook the brownies in the microwave oven?
Hi. Our Maya Butterscotch Brownie Mix is formulated for conventional ovens, not for microwaves. It may not turn out as good as it is supposed to be using a microwave, and we do not have a recipe for it.
What temperature should i bake it and how many minutes?
You can bake it at 350°F or 177°Celcius for 30-35 minutes..
Hi can i use oven toaster in baking maya butterscotch mix?
Yes, you can use oven toaster. 🙂 Just use a smaller pan that will fit the toaster and reduce the baking time to half or just until baked. You can also cover the pan with foil to avoid burning of the top.
