Polvoron
- 4 cups MAYA Cake Flour
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- Toast flour until light brown in color while stirring constantly.
- In a bowl, combine the toasted flour, sugar, powdered milk, and melted butter.
- Mix well.
- Mold into oval or round shapes then wrap individually in cellophane.
