Munch and Shed Off

- 4 pieces carrots
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- vegetable oil for frying
- salt & pepper
- Greek yogurt, (as dip )
Procedure:
- Peel the carrots and cut them into strips or into desired shape.
- In a heavy saucepan, boil carrots until fork tender. Drain. Remove water from the sauce pan.
- Heat up sauce pan and add oil.
- Fry carrots until crisp on the outside. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together all spices.
- Add fried carrot strips and shake until coated.
- Serve with Greek yogurt with salt and pepper.
Healthy Tip: Instead of your usual potato fries, why not go for carrots, a vegetable rich in fiber and antioxidants. Mixing it with your spices will help you increase your body’s metabolism and shed off unwanted fats.
