Flower Festival Pancakes
- 1 piece egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pack MAYA Original Hotcake Mix 200g
- assorted food colors or food gels
- piping bags
- oil for brushing
Procedure:
- Preheat griddle pan on very low heat.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until free of big lumps
- Pour batter into separate ramekins and color as desired.
- Transfer colored batters into piping bags.
- Pipe, draw and decorate!
- Assemble pancakes as desired.
