Apple Turon

- 3 pieces apples (cut into cubes )
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinammon powder
- 5 pieces small lumpia wrapper
- cooking oil ( for frying )
- In a pan, sauté apples in butter. Once the butter is browned, add the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside to cool.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of the apple mixture on the lumpia wrapper. Roll from one side to the other then seal both ends.
- Preheat oil in a wok or pan. Fry each wrapped apple turon until golden brown.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
