A recipe is a great way to share your specialties so your loved ones can recreate them in their own kitchen. Recipes also tell family stories and capture the memories behind each dish. This class is for cooks (or their heirs) who wish to write down their treasured dishes and pass it on to the next generation. Join us for a hands- on recipe writing workshop, including practical tips on how to write each element of the recipe from scratch.
