
Lemon Butter Mug Cake

- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 pieces eggs
- ½ cup water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 pack MAYA OTM Butter Cake Mix 200g
- In a bowl, mix all cake ingredients until just combined. Divide the cake mixture into four 7 oz. cups or 2 12 oz. mugs.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).
- Let cool one minute before eating. Top with whipped cream and candied lemon peel or more lemon zest – optional.
- Serve immediately.
