Ube Mug Cake
- 1 pack MAYA Happy Mug Caramel Mug Cake Mix
- 3 tablespoons Water
- Ube halaya/jam (as needed)
- Ube flavoring and coloring
- Mix happy mug cake according to package instructions, mix in a tablespoon of ube halaya. Add in a few drops of the ube flavoring. Mix well.
- Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Remove from microwave, be careful container will be hot.
- Top with more ube halaya, mug cake sauce and whipped cream as desired. Serve immediately.
