Pulpog with Rice

  • 250 grams pork belly,
  • 10 grams salt
  • 10 grams pepper
  • 100 grams red onion (sliced )
  • 70 grams vinegar
  • Rice
  • egg

Procedure:

  1. Heat up the grill.
  1. Season pork with salt and pepper before grilling.
  2. Slice then finish frying it on the griddle.
  3. Toss the meat with vinegar, red onion and spring onion.
  4. Top with poached egg.
  5. Serve with rice.
