Pulpog with Rice

- 250 grams pork belly,
- 10 grams salt
- 10 grams pepper
- 100 grams red onion (sliced )
- 70 grams vinegar
- Rice
- egg
Procedure:
- Heat up the grill.
- Season pork with salt and pepper before grilling.
- Slice then finish frying it on the griddle.
- Toss the meat with vinegar, red onion and spring onion.
- Top with poached egg.
- Serve with rice.
