Tinapa Caesar Salad

- 250 grams tinapa flakes
- 5 grams crushed garlic
- 60 grams lemon juice ((3-4 tablespoon) )
- 1 piece egg yolk
- 2 grams salt
- 2 grams black pepper
- Romaine lettuce,
- mustard leaves
- croutons
- shaved parmesan
- Wash and prepare fresh greens of your choice.
- Prepare the dressing. Mix smoked fish flakes with mayonnaise in a blender. Season to taste.
- In a mixing bowl toss the greens, croutons, parmesan and smoked dressing. Salt to taste.
- Top with fresh shaved parmesan before serving. Salt to taste.
