Tinapa Caesar Salad

  • 250 grams tinapa flakes
  • 5 grams crushed garlic
  • 60 grams lemon juice ((3-4 tablespoon) )
  • 1 piece egg yolk
  • 2 grams salt
  • 2 grams black pepper
  • Romaine lettuce,
  • mustard leaves
  • croutons
  • shaved parmesan
  1. Wash and prepare fresh greens of your choice.
  2. Prepare the dressing. Mix smoked fish flakes with mayonnaise in a blender. Season to taste.
  3. In a mixing bowl toss the greens, croutons, parmesan and smoked dressing. Salt to taste.
  4. Top with fresh shaved parmesan before serving. Salt to taste.
