
Adobong Pusit

- 500 grams pusit
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ teaspoon peppercorns
- Salt to taste
- 5 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 2 pieces tomato (sliced)
- Sugar to taste
- Wash and clean pusit very well. Boil pusit in water, vinegar, pepper, salt and garlic. Cover and cook until tender. Drain and separate garlic. Reserve the sauce.
- In a separate pan, sauté garlic in hot oil until brown. Add onions and tomatoes then cook until tender.
- Add pusit and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add reserve sauce and little sugar to taste. Simmer until sauce is reduced.

Cooking Time: 15 to 20 minutes
