Apples in Yogurt and Flax Seeds

- ¼ cup apples (diced )
- ½ cup yogurt (plain )
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- In a bowl, place diced apples and pour over plain yogurt.
- Sprinkle flax seeds on top.
- Chill and serve.
