Banana Bread Loaf
- 2-3 pieces Banana lakatan (mashed (150g))
- 1 piece medium-sized egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ cup water
- 1 Pack MAYA Original fluffy n’ Tasty Hotcake Mix (200g)
- Preheat oven to 350°F/177°C. Grease and line an 8 x 3-inch loaf pan or 3 ounces muffin tin.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until slightly lumpy (do not overmix).
- Pour into prepared pan or muffin tin
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes if using loaf pan. If using muffin tray bake for 10-15 minutes or until baked
Yield: 1 (8×3-inch) loaf pan
