
Biko With Langka

- 1 cup thick coconut milk.
- 250 grams glutinous rice
- 4 cups thin coconut milk
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup sweet langka (sliced)
- Pour thick coconut milk in a sauce pan, cook until it forms latik and oil is separated. Drain latik, brush the coconut oil in biko molder.
- in the same sauce pan. Cook rice in 4 cups of coconut milk until soft. Once rice is cooked, mix in the sugar. Stir well until sugar is dissolved. Adjust sugar according to preferred sweetness. Fold in sliced langka.
- Pour the mixture in a molder. Set aside to cool and set.
- Sprinkle with latik on top. Cut and serve.
