
Brownie Buttercake

Brownies:
- 1 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Chocolate Fudge 230g
- 1/4 cup butter (softened )
- 1 piece egg
- 1 tablespoon water
Butter Cake:
- 1/4 cup butter (softened )
- 2 pieces eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Chocolate Fudge 200g
- Preheat oven to 350⁰F/177⁰C. Grease and line a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Set aside.
- For Brownies: In a clean bowl, mix MAYA Oven Toaster Chocolate Fudge, butter, egg, and water. Mix well.
- Spread mixture in the loaf pan and bake for 15 minutes. Note that brownies should only be half-cooked.
- Remove from the oven and set aside.
- For Butter Cake: In a clean bowl, mix butter, eggs, and milk. Mix well.
- Slowly add the Maya Oven Toaster Butter Cake mix to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the batter cake mixture on top of the half-cooked brownie and put it back in the oven and bake for another 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool on a cooling rack. Slice and serve.

Hi, would like to ask if is there any adjustment I should make if I use cupcake pans or round / square pans instead of the loaf pan?
And what heat level/ thermostat and timer if I bake it in a bigger oven?
