Buko Pandan Mug Cake
- 1 pack MAYA Happy Mug Caramel Mug Cake Mix
- 3 tablespoons Water
- Buko pandan flavoring (as needed)
- Macapuno (as needed)
- Mix happy mug cake according to package instructions, mix in a tablespoon of macapuno and few drops of buco pandan flavoring. Mix well.
- Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Remove from microwave, be careful container will be hot.
- Top with macapuno, mug cake sauce and whipped cream as desired. Serve immediately.
