
Caramel Peanut Chocolate Hotcakes

- 1 pack MAYA Chocolatey Chocolate Hotcake Mix 200g
- 1 piece egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ¾ cup water
- Caramel peanut chocolate bars
- Chopped roasted peanuts
- Caramel sauce
- In a bowl, combine hotcake mix, egg, oil, water. Set aside.
- Heat up a non-stick crepe pan, brush with a small amount of oil. Drop tablespoonfuls of hotcake batter to make small hotcakes. Cook until chocolate hotcakes are set.
- Serve hotcakes warm topped with chocolate pieces, peanuts and caramel sauce.
Yield: 3-4 servings
