
Chocolate Cookies & Cream Hotcakes

- 1 piece medium-sized egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 pack MAYA Chocolate Hotcake mix (200 grams)
- 12 pieces chocolate cookies and cream (vanilla filling removed, separated)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In a bowl mix egg, oil, water and chocolate hot cake mix. Mix well. Set aside.
- Crush the cookies and add to the hotcake mixture and mix until well blended.
- Pour 1/3 cup of the hotcake mixture onto preheated lightly greased pan.
- Cook until bubbly then turn to cook the other side. Let it cool.
- In a bowl, pour whipping cream, vanilla and add the vanilla filling. Using a handheld mixer whip the whipping cream until it doubles its volume.
- Place a hotcake in a plate and spread ample amount of whipped cream, then put another hotcake on top and repeat the procedure until you have layered of hotcake vanilla cream.
- Then pipe whipping cream on top of the layered hotcake and top it with a whole chocolate cookies and cream. Serve.
