Decadence Chocolate Crinkles
- 1 pack MAYA Decadence Devils’ Food Cake Mix 550 grams
- 2 pieces large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
- In the bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, vanilla extract and corn syrup until well blended. Set aside.
- Place confectioners’ sugar into a medium bowl. Scoop out portions of the dough using a small ice cream scooper (1-ounce) form in balls and roll into the confectioners’ sugar.
- Place dough balls on prepared baking pan about two inches apart.
- Bake in preheated oven for 7 to 8 minutes. The bottoms will be set but middles will look slightly undercooked. Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes on pan before removing to a wire rack.
