Easy Raspberry Mousse

- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen )
- ¼ cup soya milk
- 8 pieces ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon clear gelatin (dissolved in )
- ¼ cup hot water
- In a blender, place all the ingredients and mix until well-blended.
- Transfer to glass containers.
- Chill until it firms. Serve.
