
It was like coming home; the delectable tastes, the intoxicating aromas, and the masterful presentations all brought back the culinary memories of the famed Lolo Dad’s Restaurant.
Chef Ariel Manuel showed our audience how to transform seemingly ordinary dishes into his unique signature offerings, reminiscent of the iconic Lolo Dad’s Cafe Menu Collection which Chef Manuel dubbed, “Simplicity of Flavors.”

Lolo Dad’s is no more but Chef Ariel Manuel is set to make another indelible mark in local cuisine very soon. In the meantime, there’s no reason why we should miss out on all that goodness. Chef has been kind enough to share his recipes so that we can relive the glory days of a Filipino gastronomic institution in our very own kitchen.
