Fish and Fruit Waffle Canapes
- 1 pack MAYA Original “Fluffy n’ Tasty” Hotcake Mix 200g
French Toast Mixture:
- ¾ cup milk
- 3 pieces eggs
- ¼ cup MAYA All-Purpose Flour
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- cooked tuna fish, (sliced )
- salad greens
- assorted fresh fruits in season
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Prepare hotcake mix as per package direction. Use this recipe to make waffle.
- Cut each waffle into four.
- Mix together all the ingredients for French toast mixture.
- Dip waffle slices into mixture.
- Pan toast until crisp.
- Serve as appetizer canapés.
