
Fried Mac N’ Cheese Mini Cakes

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 piece onion (finely chopped)
- ½ piece green bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 120 grams cheddar cheese spread (120 grams)
- 100 grams sharp cheddar cheese
- 500 grams cooked macaroni
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 piece egg (beaten)
- 3 tablespoons MAYA All-Purpose Flour
- ¾ cup Japanese bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- In A Medium-Sized Pot, Melt Oil And Butter. Then Sauté Onion And Bell Pepper, Till Aromatics.
- Add Cheddar Cheese And Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Continue Stirring Till Cheeses Are Melted.
- Then Add The Cooked Macaroni, Mix Well. Then Turn Off The Heat. Let It Cool Down.
- Once Cooled, Add Beaten Egg And All-Purpose Flour Mix Well. Season To Taste.
- Heat Oil In A Medium Sized Frying Pan, Over Medium Heat.
- Scoop 1/3 To 1/2 Cup Macaroni And Cheese Mixture And Form Into A Thick Patty Then Cover With Parsley-Crumbs (Mixture Of Japanese Bread Crumbs And Parsley), Let It Cook For 1 To 2 Minutes Each Side Or Until The Color Changes To Golden Brown. Serve.
