Malungay Basil Pesto

- 150 grams malunggay
- 150 grams basil
- 50 grams pine nuts or sunflower seeds
- 180 grams oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooked pasta
- 150 grams chicken thigh fillet
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
- Prepare pesto sauce. Combine malungay leaves, basil and pine nuts in the food processor. Drizzle with oil. Season to taste.
- In a hot pan, toss the pasta in pesto sauce. Add parmesan and season to taste.
- Top with nuts and grilled chicken.
