Oatmeal Butterscotch Brownie Cups

  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 pieces egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 pack MAYA Butterscotch Brownie Mix (500g)
  • 1 pack Australia Harvest Rolled Oats (100g, divided)
  • vanilla ice cream
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350⁰F/177⁰C. Grease line 12-hole muffin pan. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, cream butter, then add eggs and water. Mix well.
  3. Add butterscotch brownie mix and half of the rolled oats. Mix until well blended.
  4. Using a medium-sized ice cream scooper, scoop butterscotch mix into the muffin pan. Sprinkle
  5. the remaining rolled oats on top of each butterscotch cups.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, remove butterscotch cups from the oven and using back of a spoon, push
  7. the center of the butterscotch cups to make a well. Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with a scoop of vanilla on top.
