
Okonomiyaki

Batter:
- 200 grams MAYA All-Purpose Flour
- 250 ml water
- 1 packet Japanese dashi powder
- 2 pieces eggs
Meat:
- crab sticks and bacon
- half cabbage (shredded)
Topping:
- Japanese sauce (otafuku)
- dried fish flakes (katsuboshi)
- Japanese mayonnaise
- dried seaweed flakes
- In a bowl, mix all batter ingredients. Fold in shredded cabbage and desired meat.
- Put some oil onto a frying pan, then pour about ½ cup of the mixed batter and then top the bacon. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Flip and cook another few minutes just same as you make a pancake.
- Place the okonomiyaki on a plate, top with sauce and mayonnaise then sprinkle with fish flakes and seaweed flakes
- Serve.
