Pad Thai Noodles

Pad Thai Noodles

  • 1 cup shredded Chicken
  • 1 piece onion (sliced)
  • 1 head garlic (minced)
  • ¼ kilo rice noodles (pre-soaked and blanched)
  • sugar to taste

Sauce:

  • 1 ½ tbsp tamarind puree
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce

Garnish:

  • Lemon/wedges
  • Coriander
  • Crushed peanuts
  1. Stir fry chicken, onion, garlic, noodles, sugar, sauce mixture, radish and tofu, stir fry until noodles is cooked. Crack egg into mixture and stir. Add chives and togue. Garnish with lemon, coriander and crushed peanuts.

Yield: 4-5 servings
