
Red Velvet Banana Cake

- 3 pieces medium–sized egg
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups mashed banana ((3-4 pieces) )
- 1 pack MAYA Decadence Red Velvet Cake Mix 400g
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven at 350⁰F/177⁰C. Grease and line an 8 by 4 inch loaf pan
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix bananas, eggs, oil, and red velvet cake mix. Mix well, until there are no lumps
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour onto prepared loaf pan
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until top is cracked and set. Serve.
