
Myeolchi Bokkeum

Korean Appetizer
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- 1/4 kilo dried dilis
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons spring onions (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- In a pan, heat oil.
- Stir–fry dilis until crispy and golden brown.
- Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Add sesame seeds and spring onions.
- Serve hot.
