Fruity Balls

- 1 pack MAYA Original “Fluffy n’ Tasty” Hotcake Mix 200g
- 1 piece egg
- 5-6 tablespoons water
Fillings
- sweetened ube preserve
- fresh ripe mango (coarsely chopped )
- banana (lacatan) (sliced )
- Preheat pancake puffs griddle on top of table top stove or burner, slightly grease.
- In a bowl, combine hotcake mix, beaten egg and water. Mix until well blended.
- Fill up bottom holes of pancake puff griddle with a tablespoon each of the hotcake batter.
- Spread desired filling on each.
- Cover with enough pancake batter.
- Slightly cook under side of puffs.
- Using chopsticks or tong turnover to cook other side.
- Continue cooking until done.
- Serve warm.
