
Honey Mug Cake

Cake:
- ¼ cup MAYA All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons pure honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 piece egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- In a bowl, mix all cake ingredients until just combined. Divide the cake mixture into two 4 oz. ramekins or one 10 oz. mug.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).
- Let cool one minute before eating. Top with whipped cream and more honey – optional.
- Serve immediately.
Yield: (1) 10 oz. mug or (2) 4 oz. ramekins
